Vinil Kuriakose is the Co-Founder and CEO of Mettle Sphere Informatics Pvt. Ltd., a forward-thinking company committed to empowering minds through cutting-edge training, cloud services, and education technology solutions.
Armed with an MBA, Vinil began his professional journey at Tradeget in Bangalore and soon expanded his experience internationally as a Marketing Manager in Muscat. After returning to India, he took on a leadership role at HCL, overseeing their education business vertical.
In 2015, driven by a deep passion for digital transformation in education, he ventured into entrepreneurship. Since then, Vinil has been at the forefront of enabling businesses and institutions to adopt innovative, impactful technology solutions through Mettle Sphere.
Jaiby Varghese is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Mettle Sphere Informatics Pvt. Ltd., a visionary enterprise dedicated to empowering minds and driving innovation through advanced training, cloud services, and education technology solutions.
A Structural Engineer by profession, Jaiby brings over 18 years of industry experience, with deep specialization in structural steel design and engineering. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Mar Athanasius College of Engineering, graduating with distinction as the second rank holder under Mahatma Gandhi University.
Her professional journey began with Zamil Steel in Kochi, where she was placed through campus recruitment. During her tenure there, she worked on a wide array of international structural steel projects, gaining comprehensive expertise in steel building systems, design optimization, and project execution across diverse geographies. Her ability to translate complex structural requirements into practical, high-performance steel structures laid a strong foundation for her technical and managerial capabilities.
In 2020, fueled by her entrepreneurial drive and passion for digital transformation, Jaiby co-founded Mettle Sphere along with other ventures. Today, she plays a central role in shaping operational excellence and leading the company’s mission to help organizations adopt impactful, sustainable, and technology-driven solutions.
